Savio mesh neon'd - Now with less fug! (Still sucks)

I finally made the .dds plugin for GIMP work...yay. As you can see, this one works fine with natural colours.

You'll need the original hair by Savio or it won't show up proplerly (I know, I'm working on making my hairs separate files).
